Adele Carr Financial Recruitment are hosting a motivational speaking event; From GOOD to GREAT (Becoming A World Record Holder)

Dave Clamp describes himself as a ‘normal bloke’, however in Aug 2016 Dave became a World Champion and World Record Holder. He will share his remarkable story with us – with an opportunity for Q&A afterwards.

Dave’s recent achievements include;
- Winner of Double Deca (20 Iron Man) in August 2016 with a time of 252 hours making him a new World Record Holder (beat 2nd place by 23 hours), Deca (10 x 10 IronMan) 2011 Sicily 3rd 2014 Leon, Mexico 3rd 2015 Leon, Mexico 1st 2016 Nottingham Outlaw Ironman distance Age Group winner.
- 2014 Bolton Ironman Age-group winner and qualifier to World Champs in Hawaii. Member of Elite GB ironman Team of 4 at Euro Champs Silver Medal winning team in Germany in 1995. GB Ironman Team Manager in 2001
- In 2011 Dave ran from London to Rome in 30 days (1357 miles) in support of Cure Parkinson’s. Dave has raised thousands for charities, including £1700 in 2016 for East Cheshire Hospice and Brain Tumour Research.
In 2017 Dave will compete in the Lakeland 100; a running race covering 105 miles of Lakeland fells, including over 22,000 feet of ascent, followed 2 weeks later by a return to Switzerland to compete in the continuous Deca Ironman race – swimming 24 miles, cycling 1120 miles and a 262 mile run.
